An Important Note
The package rates below apply to all architecture-related photography except hospitality. Hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, etc.) typically require significantly more on-site time and coordination, so pricing is determined case-by-case—please contact me for a custom estimate based on your property, scope, and licensing. If you’d like to purchase usage rights after a project is completed, reach out directly for licensing pricing.

Cost Sharing
Cost sharing lets you split a photo shoot budget with other interested parties, making professional photography more affordable for everyone. For each additional party, a 30% cost-sharing fee is added—this serves as a licensing fee for their use of the images. Everyone contributes fairly and gets access to the final photos without overspending. To make the math easy, I’ve included a simple guide below showing the total project cost and what each person pays with one or two additional parties.
Essential — $500 base
+1 party → $650 total · $325 each
+2 parties → $800 total · $266.67 each
Basic — $1,000 base
+1 party → $1,300 total · $650 each
+2 parties → $1,600 total · $533.33 each
Standard — $2,000 base
+1 party → $2,600 total · $1,300 each
+2 parties → $3,200 total · $1,066.67 each
Premium — $3,000 base
+1 party → $3,900 total · $1,950 each
+2 parties → $4,800 total · $1,600 each
Transparent Pricing
Getting clear pricing for architecture and design photography is tough—most photographers don’t publish their rates. I used to keep mine private too, but I’ve switched to a transparent, straightforward approach. That’s why I offer the packages above: no long questionnaires, no calls just to learn the basics. Pick the option that fits your budget and project size—whether it’s a single kitchen or a full home—and you’re set. Licensing is simple as well: you get unrestricted usage rights, so you can use the images however you like without extra fees.
Licensing Included
Each package includes a broad usage license: you can use the images for any purpose, in any medium, without extra fees or limits. The only restriction is transfer—please don’t share or distribute the photos to others who haven’t obtained a license directly from me.
Retouching Included
All packages include standard retouching to elevate your images. That covers multi-frame compositing for added depth and detail, color correction for accurate, natural tones, and careful cleanup to remove minor distractions—like light switches, motion sensors, outlets, cords, clutter, dust, stains, and small blemishes on walls, floors, and furniture.
Additional Photos
Pricing is flat-rate, so there are no surprise costs. If you need more images than your package includes, add extra photos at $150 each. Working within a specific budget? I can tailor the scope to fit—whether it’s a small refresh or a full project.
Advanced Retouching
For complex edits—like removing large objects or detailed cleanup—I offer advanced retouching at $75/hour, in addition to the standard retouching included with every package. If you think your project needs this level of work, get in touch for a custom quote and an estimated turnaround.
Travel
I’m based in Redmond, WA. Travel within 20 miles of Downtown Seattle is included; beyond that, travel is billed at $4 per mile. For projects outside Washington—or assignments requiring flights or overnight stays—I’ll provide a custom travel estimate based on location, duration, and logistics. Expenses such as airfare, lodging, and meals are billed separately.
Payment
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the selected package is required. This holds my availability for your project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final images. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
